Baldwin Park is a master planned community in Orange County, Orlando Florida. The site has an interesting history; long ago it was a former naval base and training center from 1942 to 1993, and then underwent a massive redevelopment project, of which plans started in 1997 and building began in 2006, transforming 1000 acres into a mixture of 3000 luxury residential condominiums, single family homes, 200 acres of parks and 250 acres of lakes, designed around a vibrant village center with nearly 3 million sqft of retail businesses and offices.
The architecture blends an array of styles including Classical, Colonial, French, Coastal, Mediterranean, and Victorian exteriors with floor plans designed for modern lifestyles and tastes. Most homes have a welcoming front porch and access to rear garages via a service alley in the rear.
As a resident of Baldwin Park you can enjoy walking, jogging, and biking the neighborhood trails, strolling the parks, hanging out by the pools, and playing in the playgrounds.
Baldwin Park and its residents are blessed with two sizeable lakes, Lake Baldwin and Susannah. There are 14 parks for residents to enjoy around the community.
